An array of maxims I have found true with Go Go Girls vs the Nazis:
When your in charge is all up to you. EVERYTHING that happens or fails to happen is on you.

No Politics on Set.
Trust no one
If you do casting calls tape them. Make sure wavers are signed. for the calls.
Have a witness at the Calls.
Everyone signs a release to include the owner of the site, the site does not belong to you.
You WILL be lied too. Fire those that do.
DO NOT LIE. tell the real deal even if you suffer for it or look a Fool. The trust you build will pay off a lot. More then you will ever know.
Lead by example the first one on set the last off. The first one to start setting up the first to clean up.
It is a bad thing for you or anyone else to have on set affairs.
Share what works and failed. Let the fools giggle when things go wrong
just shows how petty they are.
95% of others will not do what they say they will, some becuse shit happens,
others because they mean well but life happens give them another chance
